Mail Club FAQ

For anyone who likes a little magic in their everyday life. Maybe you're into psychology, symbols or spirituality, maybe you want a monthly affordable art to decorate your space, maybe you just want something real & physical in your mail box during digital times. You don't need to know anything about symbolism. The symbol card explains what the symbol means and how it might show up in your life. It's for every age and every gender 🫶

An art print of the month's symbol (based on my hand-painted original), a symbol card displaying the symbol on the front and explaining what it means in the back, a personal letter, a waterproof vinyl sticker and one small surprise – a sticker, a bookmark, a postcard, a playlist or a journal page. Packed in custom vellum paper that's sealed with wax (for a whimsy experience).

Everyone gets the same symbol and theme each month – that's what makes it a club. The meaning of each symbol + the extra stay a secret until it lands in your mailbox :)

Subscribe by the 1st of a month and you'll get that month's edition. From the 2nd onwards, your first letter will be the next month's edition.

For example: subscribe on 15 October or 1 November → November edition. Subscribe on 2 November → December edition.

You pay once when you subscribe. After that, your subscription renews on the 28th of each month.

Each edition goes out in the first week of the month. Within Germany it usually arrives a few days later (up to a week), international letters can take 2-6 weeks .

I'm a small business under § 19 UStG, so no VAT is charged. It won't be charged from you later either.

The monthly subscription renews every month until you cancel. With the 3, 6 or 12 month packages you pay once upfront, get a little discount, and receive one letter a month. When the package is over, it simply ends – no cancelling needed.

Yes, and the packages are perfect for that! Just choose a 3, 6 or 12 month package and enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. The package ends on its own, so nobody gets surprise charges.

The first 15 members get the Mail Club at a lower price and keep it for as long as their subscription is active. Once all spots are taken, they're gone.

I ship internationally via a global stamp.

The shipping i untracked to keep the mail affordable. Post can be slow sometimes. If your letter hasn't arrived within 10 business days (Germany) or 30 business days (International) after it was sent, write me and I'll make it right (usually with a replacement).

You can update it yourself in your customer account under “Manage subscription”. Please do it before the 28th so the next letter goes to the right place.

You can cancel any time after your first edition – in your customer account, or via Cancel contracts here at the bottom of every page. Cancel before the 28th and there won't be another charge.
